These Terms of Service are a placeholder for lawyer-authored content. Until then, this portal is provided as a supporting tool for engagements governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) between Sanat Labs and the client company.

Access to On Track does not replace or amend the MSA/SOW. Project timelines, deliverables, fees, and liability remain as defined in those commercial documents.

By using the portal you agree to use credentials responsibly, keep confidential materials confidential, and notify Sanat Labs of suspected unauthorized access.
